Shipping and returns

Return and Refund Policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Sweden. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of SEK 79 applies. Shipments are handled by PostNord, DHL, or Bring. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mastarn.se. Your email must include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and—if applicable—the item you would like to exchange it for.

Once you have contacted us, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping

Within Sweden: A return shipping label is included in your package for easy returns.

International orders: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, please place a new order via our webshop and return the original item.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@mastarn.se if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Return shipping for defective items: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), Mästarn will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.

Refund method: If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Timeline: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
